Sterling SIHI GmbH

For more than 80 years the Sterling SIHI GmbH, with headquarter in Itzehoe and three other German locations, supplies aggregates and systems for pumping of liquids and gases all over the world. Applications of the liquid and vacuum pumps are systems in the chemical, pharmaceutical, power, water, food or steel industries. In addition a comprehensive customer-focused after-sales service is offered.

The Sales Organisation ServLarge located in Ludwigshafen offers global service for large pumps such as boiler feed, cooling water or condensate pumps and for sludge mixers of the brands Halberg, MAN and Balcke-Dürr.
The fields of application of the ServLarge products are conventional and nuclear power plants, chemical and industrial plants, steel and roller mills as well as sewage treatment plants. There are more than 10.000 operating aggregates worldwide.

The core business of ServLarge is the spare part business as well as repair, revision and assembly. The range of services includes everything regarding repair and maintenance concepts, engineering services, retrofit measures and the international on time actions of the experienced field service team. The high quality of the products and services is ensured by professional internal and external training courses for staff and customers. The systematic condition monitoring of pumps by on-line data acquisition is one of the future-oriented projects.
Within the Theseus project “SERAPHIM” ServLarge is involved in the software development of incremental parts lists and proactive service features.
